Before becoming a physical therapist, Dr. Noe performed professionally as a contemporary ballet dancer in NYC and Miami. After receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she completed 2 years of Residency and Fellowship training in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute. Emily is currently the strength and conditioning coach for ODC Dance Company and provides backstage Physical Therapy care for San Francisco Ballet.
Since 2014 Dr. Noe has traded her ballet shoes for rock climbing shoes. She has developed a passion for the sport and specializes in treating climbing injuries. Emily has extensive experience treating climbing related finger, wrist, elbow, shoulder, and lower extremity injuries. She is trained in Diagnostic Ultrasound imaging, which she uses to enhance clinical testing and treatment of various finger injuries.
